Who runs Paradox

A small team, one game, and a few ways to reach us.

What Paradox is

Paradox is a free, old-school MMO world of its own: a RuneScape-style game with its own bosses, its own skills, a player-run market (the Trading Post), and lands that keep growing. The eastern lands, the key crates, the world map and the rebuilt Forge all came out in 2026 and are in News. It runs on Windows 10 and 11; you download the game, make an account, and play. Paradox is not affiliated with Jagex Ltd.

Who runs it

Paradox is made and run by the Paradox team: the people who write the game, keep the server up and look after players. We have run it since 2026. Staff are marked in game by their rank icon and are listed here with their in-game names, so that you can check who is really staff.

The staff list is being written. Until it is here, the one rule that matters: staff never ask for your password, your codes or your PIN.

How to reach the team

  • Help with your account, a purchase, a bug or a ban: the Supportpage, or [email protected].
  • A security problem (an account taken over, a leak, a way to cheat the store):[email protected]. Please do not post it in public first.
  • Everything else: the Discord, which has the announcements, every update post, events and a help channel.

Both addresses are read by the team, not by a bot. We answer in plain English and we never include a link to sign in with: anything about your account is done with a code, not a link.
